Psychologist Beth Grosshans suspended for sex with patient

On August 5, 2013, the New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners suspended the license of psychologist Beth A. Grosshans for one year.

The Board’s document states that Grosshans entered into a personal intimate and sexual relationship with a former patient with two years of the termination of the therapeutic relationship, despite receiving professional counsel to not do so.
